Rust Boards
Rust Boards is a forum for like-minded gamers who wish to play Rust in a community.
We currently have a rust server located at ip: 50.31.103.37:28025

What is Rust?
Rust is a first-person open world MMO survival sandbox shooter designed by Facepunch Studios, including Garry Newman the developer of Garry's Mod. It takes inspiration from games like DayZ, Minecraft, and Stalker. To survive in Rust you may choose to work together with friends and strangers, scavenging for supplies and building giant bases, or go at it alone, killing other players for loot. Rust aims at being a game that gives players the freedom to play the way that they want, and that doesn't involve a hero and bandit system. In Rust, you will have to use your instinct to figure out if you can trust people. It is currently in closed alpha.

Rules
The following are bad ideas for threads and will result in bans
• Attempt to obtain keys/accounts/sharing and/or for other people in any way (be it game trades, money, services, etc). Doing so will result in a temporary ban.
• Fake game key giveaways
, contests, etc.
• Making a new thread instead of using a similar existing thread. Use the search feature! playrust.boards.net/search
• Making threads with nondescript thread titles i.e. "HELP" or "QUESTIONS!!" These posts will result in a warning. If you have a quick question, post it to the Questions Subforum.
• Linking any malicious sites, software, or porn.

If you see people breaking any of these rules and you reply to it, please be constructive. A toxic environment will help nothing. Use the report button and we will deal with it when we're able.

Laws of King County

1. The first rule of King County is... you do not talk about King County. The second rule of King County is... you DO NOT talk about King County. Seriously though, we don't mind talking about the server but personal reasons we would ask that you do not send us friend requests when the server is down. Any issues with the server will be resolved as soon as we know about them, if we do not know about them then we are not at our computers, yesssss, we are real people living real lives! Who knew?! Please no steam friend requests guys, we'd love to play with you in game but let's leave it in game!

2. Language... fuck yeah! but not really. We won't get on your case about swearing here and there but anything vulgar said a derogatory (insulting anybody with a curse word, putting down a whole group of people like racial slurs) way. If you do violate this rule you will receive one warning. ONE. After that I will ban you and I will love it. This is a very sensitive rule subject so just be a decent human being please.

3. Favors? NO! If you ask either turbO or Officer Friendly for any free items you will be ignored or receive a very negative response. No exceptions. We will not spawn you anything in game and we will not teleport you anywhere unless it's to a server event such as a Prison Run.

(Disclaimer- these rules are subject to change depending on our mood)

PRISON RUN BY-LAWS

      I. Prison Run teleports will be handed out approximately 5 minutes before the start of a match to give enough time for a rule rundown. Please don't be impatient it is very annoying.

      II. While waiting be courteous to other players waiting for the event to start, no running around and hitting each other. Behaving like this will more than likely get out of the event and more than likely a suspension from future events.

      III. You must come naked! No exceptions! Please for the love of God just play fair. If we suspect people of cheating we will put a system in place where you must place a sleeping bag and be killed before every event. If you don't wanna do that then don't cheat.

      IV. Until further notice we will be doing 1v1, we realize this isn't a rule but we just felt you should know. People can start forming teams on the servers and posting a roster on this forum so it will be easier for us to organize. K thanks.

      V. Winner take all, loser dies. Straight up. Simple as that. Any loot left over after the match is taken by the winner as their prize for surviving. Never know when you might get something cool

As you can see these are very simple rules so please just follow them, it's very hard for us to organize this with the lack of tools we have available to us so we need your help to prosper. We can do this guys! Prison Runs are very fun so please just respect each other and respect us.
